Christopher Puma is a reggae prodigy from St.Thomas Virgin Islands. Presently a member of the reggae band United Souls, but with his dominant voice, style, and God’s guidance, Puma believes these gifts will lead him to an inevitable solo career. The singer / song writer has an old soul. One listen to his sound proves he is light years past his peers. Puma claimed his place in music's history in 2010 with his debut album, “Blazin Hot Fyah”. “This album is a blue print of what kind of lyrical talent and message God has placed in my hands to bring to the industry”. He is very grateful for the team he was blessed with to complete this project. Ryan”BadBeats”Owens, Nicholas”NickThriller”Millard, Donald”Don Won”Millard ,and Donna Millard. He has proven to himself and fans that this mixture of V.I. and V.A. flavor is definitely a combination that has caught the attention of all different personalities ,ethnicities, and age groups. This Album is an intimate look into the mind of a young renaissance man. Puma addresses many aspects of intellectual inquiry , speaking about humanism, religion ,and self-awareness. His song “Wise Up”, an acoustic song with a traditional roots reggae bass line, which he is proud to say was played by himself and a soothing guitar line played by producer and close friend Nick Thriller, is a perfect example of his straight to the point and powerful message. “Blazin Hot Fyah” can be purchased off of Amazon.com and I Tunes.com. Puma is currently working on his second album with famous keyboard player, producer, musical mentor and good friend Chris”Peanut”Whitley. He is definitely continuing to keep the fire blazing and hopes and prays to reach and touch many more minds and ears.
